Stress

#Stress is a feeling of #Emotional or #Personal tension

It is of two types

#Acute_stress:
#Chronic_stress

Commonly many people have thought that stress is a normal problem. But if a stress persists for a longer time for example stress due to financial crisis, or a trouble at work.Within days you will be considering stress as a normal thing  but its not like that.



Stress, if its not taken into consideration may leads to #Health_Problems, which may include

#high_blood_pressure
#menstrual_problem
#skin_problems
#depression_anxiety

Stress didn't depend on the age factor, recent researchers have proved that people in between the age of 18-30 is facing high depressions.

How can we overcome stress?? Is the task be tough to get cured??
