Psychological Resilience During COVID-19

We all know that when any of the infectious disease or pandemic arises there would be stress, fear and panic will be there for the people and it is normal too.

WHO is highly focusing on the People's  Mental Health seriously during this crisis.

1. Children may face worry, fear of experiencing medical treatment or fear of their relatives dying.
2. As we know, that Elderly people are said to be more vulnerable to #COVID-19, and told that they are vulnerable may cause more frightening and it would be very stress inducing.

Social Isolation and Loneliness may also leads increase in high depression and fear which worsens their Mental Health more.

During this tough time, those who are living along with Children and elderly patients(especially with Dementia and other neurological disorders) don't forget to support them. Money is not the only support needed there is much more that i.e.. #Psychological Support

Body Health and Mental Health is equally important.

Impact of COVID-19

Infectious disease is spreading all over the country and this #pandemic causes widespread of #fear, #spread and #anxiety. This type of disease spread may also leads to medical mistrust. There is high chance of stress and arising of psychotic problems.

We have to keep in mind that blaming and criticizing is easy but joining together and bringing solutions together is very difficult.

Be supportive to each other.
Help the people with mental and psychotic disorders to overcome their fear and panic.

Covid_19: A Threat to the World

As we all are aware of the #Pandemic that has been ruling the whole world for the past 2 months and the developed nations is also not able to tackle. Everyday we have been seeing thousands die due to this #covid_19 pandemic and lakhs of positive cases are arising.

Person with #mental_disorders generally are more susceptible to this diseases for several reasons...
1. Mental health disorders increase infections
2. Treating the person with disorders will be highly challenging
3. It may also create fear that leads to #anxiety and #depression



Be aware of the causes. Support the person with #psychiatric and #mental_disorders

Together, maintaining a social distance we can conquer through this.
