COVID-19 Pandemic

As of now starting a new day, everyone yearns to hear the news of COVID-19 has been controlled all over the world. We are fighting this Pandemic for more than 4 months. People's daily routine and normal life behavior is affected, countries economic crisis are rising and most of us are longing to see our loved ones who are distant away from us.

Everyone's day to day life was affected. But our serious concern during this days should have been on our Mental Health. As the news we hear, seeing our near ones are getting affected will increase the high possibility of #fear, #panic_attack, #depression and many #psychological issues.

Equal priority should be given to our #psychological health as of like we are taking care of our Physical Health.  Manage your #anxiety and #
isolation

Take well care of both mental and physical health of Elderly people as they highly vulnerable to the disease and also the Psychological Problems.

Psychological Resilience During COVID-19

We all know that when any of the infectious disease or pandemic arises there would be stress, fear and panic will be there for the people and it is normal too.

WHO is highly focusing on the People's  Mental Health seriously during this crisis.

1. Children may face worry, fear of experiencing medical treatment or fear of their relatives dying.
2. As we know, that Elderly people are said to be more vulnerable to #COVID-19, and told that they are vulnerable may cause more frightening and it would be very stress inducing.

Social Isolation and Loneliness may also leads increase in high depression and fear which worsens their Mental Health more.

During this tough time, those who are living along with Children and elderly patients(especially with Dementia and other neurological disorders) don't forget to support them. Money is not the only support needed there is much more that i.e.. #Psychological Support

We have to keep in mind that blaming and criticizing is easy but joining together and bringing solutions together is very difficult.

Covid_19: A Threat to the World
